This is a very personal deep-dive into you. We will work intensely together over a period of 2-4 months and you will get my full energy, focusing on you alone, as we work on the challenges you face in your work and/or personal life, getting closer and closer to understand what your energy feels like and how you can align more with yourself, to fulfill your true mission in your life and live it with joy and meaning.
Own Your Energy:
This is a Facilitated, online group process that will help you take your first steps towards self mastery. You will meet other people, also navigating life with a desire to get more from it. You will learn the tools that enable personal growth and an understanding of your energy: learning how to work with it, to nourish it and to tap into more connected states of being.
Business Coaching:
A bespoke offering for businesses: working with teams, towards group alignment and leadership development. If you have a business and you want to infuse openness, self-awareness, connectedness, and impact into your people and the way they work, I will sit with you to understand your needs and design a process that fits.
